Testimonials
The word on the streets... of the French Quarter
The Cocktail Tour isn’t just for drinkers: in addition to fascinating New Orleans cocktail lore, Elizabeth provides equally fascinating historical, cultural, and even architectural context that makes the two hours pass like minutes. Her knowledge is encyclopedic and her enthusiasm is infectious. Her drinks are good, too!
The Cocktail Tour was well informed and highly entertaining. You also get better cocktails than you would in most bars.
Elizabeth is one of my favorite people to share a drink with.
I have always enjoyed the delicious cocktails that New Orleans is famous for, but Elizabeth Pearce’s encyclopedic knowledge of the subject makes me feel more connected to the town and it’s history.
A spirited jaunt through the heart of the French Quarter inspired by brilliant storytelling and fueled by some pretty darn good drinks. Whether you be a bartender, a cocktail nerd, a local, a tourist, or just someone who loves this city and our rich drinking culture, the Cocktail Tour will prove to be an afternoon well spent.
While anyone can stroll through the French Quarter with a drink in hand, Elizabeth Pearce mixes history and folklore with a heap of personality to create an unforgettable experience. I tell every friend that they must jump on one of her tours to truly appreciate the drinks for which NOLA is famous.
A gem of a tour… Elizabeth is a wealth of knowledge as she guides you deep into New Orlean’s history through the unique perspective of the city’s cocktails. I would highly recommend this tour not only to tourists but to locals as well.
